We do not choose to get into disputes with other people. But knowing the most effective way to deal with disputes requires a pragmatic but also empathetic approach. Choosing the best path to resolve the disputes needs careful thought. My goal has been to work with clients to enable them to come out the other end with the best experience possible. I will be changing direction in July 2024 as I move to Tonga following my appointment as the Anti Corruption Commissioner. More will follow.
